Delays & Policies: 

Please Allow 4-6 Weeks For All orders. For orders with 3 or more jammy's, please allow an additional week for production.

If your order is needed sooner than the current production times, you must add the RUSH MY ORDER option to your order. This is to maintain production times.

Sometimes yarn colors are discontinued. If a certain color has been discontinued, it will be replaced with a similar color.

All orders will ship to your PayPal address, so please make sure that your PayPal address has been updated if you move, or change addresses. This is to avoid errors in shipping.

As Always... Every effort is made to ship orders as quickly as possible...

Domestic Orders: 

U.S. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. USPS failures are not our fault, and in no way reflect our dedication to you, our valued customers. USPS Priority Mail, insures packages up to $50. If your order surpasses this amount, additional coverage is available. The Knitting Bitty is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages without insurance.

International Orders:

International orders are shipped vis USPS First Class Mail, and average 5-15 business days for delivery. A standard rate is charged for international shipping, so you may be invoiced for excessive shipping charges. The Knitting Bitty is not responsible for custom delays, or lost or stolen packages. USPS is unable to track a First Class International package once it leaves the US. If you would like tracking information, please contact us prior to ordering as it will need to be shipped via USPS International Priority Mail, Registered Mail  or UPS. 

Due to previous complications, TKB does not ship to Asia.

Shipping & Address Changes:

All shipments are shipped to the Name and Address as it appears on Paypal. Any packages returned due to incorrect addresses, will be re-shipped at the cost of purchaser.

Incorrect Items:

If you receive an incorrect item, or a problem with the fit, please contact us ASAP so that we can make arrangements to correct the error. These are custom items, so no refunds


All of my items are made to fit newborns under the age of 2 weeks. If there is a problem with your order, please let me know as soon as possible. Store credit or exchange may be given. Because items are made to order, there are no returns.
